We deliver daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM across major areas in the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, and Penang. You can check your specific postcode availability at the top of our homepage.
How do you ensure the freshness of my groceries?
Our personal shoppers are trained to select the freshest produce and longest expiry dates. All chilled and frozen items are transported in temperature-controlled bags to ensure they reach you in peak condition.
What should I do if an item I ordered is out of stock?
During checkout, you can choose to allow substitutions. If an item is unavailable, our shopper will replace it with a similar product of equal or higher value, or provide a refund if no suitable substitute exists.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as popular e-wallets including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost for a seamless checkout experience.
Can I return a product if it is damaged or incorrect?
Yes, please inspect your delivery immediately. If any item is damaged or incorrect, notify our delivery partner on the spot or contact our customer service within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
To enjoy our delivery service, there is a minimum order requirement of RM50. Delivery fees may vary based on your distance from the nearest Jaya Grocer outlet.
