Please ensure all perishable goods are inspected immediately upon receipt to facilitate a swift resolution.

Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via the mobile app or email within 24 hours, providing your order number and clear photos of the affected items.

    Condition Verification

    Ensure the items remain in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact, as items that have been consumed or opened may not be eligible for a refund.

    Arrange Collection

    Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will be scheduled to collect the items from your address or you may be directed to the nearest physical outlet.

    Refund Processing

    After the returned goods are inspected and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
